How to Order

See something you love? My Ottoman Home makes it easy for you to bring home unique finds from markets around Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Here’s how:

    1. Click on the “Add to Cart” button to add it to your cart.
    2. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the “Cart” menu. Review your order details and place any requests in the “Special instructions for seller” field. Click “Checkout” to proceed with your order.
    3. Complete the Customer Information form. If you have a gift card or discount code, enter it in the “Gift Card / Discount Code” field. Click “Continue to shipping method” when done.
    4. Select your preferred shipping method, then click “Continue to payment method.”

      Due to shipping restrictions, each order is limited to a maximum of 44 pounds (20 kilos) only. We carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives in good condition. Please refer to the shipping weight of each product. Our system will auto-compute the total order weight upon check-out. Note that orders weighing more than 44 pounds will not be accepted.

    2. Verify your order details, and click “Complete order” to finish.
    3. Check your email account for the order confirmation and payment instructions. This email will also include a link where you can view your order status.
    4. Please deposit the full amount to any of the aforementioned accounts within 2 banking days of placing your order. Then simply email a copy of your deposit slip to and expect a payment confirmation message from us within 2 banking days. If payment is not made and/or the deposit slip is not sent within the specified time, your order will be canceled.

Now, all you need to do is sit tight and wait for your orders to arrive. For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within two (2) business days upon receipt of payment. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days. Note that areas outside standard shipping routes may entail a longer lead time.
