Please inspect our items carefully upon delivery. Due to their handcrafted nature, these pieces may have variations in color, details, and texture.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, if your item was damaged solely due to our fault or negligence (note that mishandling can also be due to the negligence of the courier during delivery), or if there was an error in the item we shipped, simply follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo of the item and the tags. For faulty or damaged items, make sure that the damaged area is visible.
- Send us an email at email@example.com with the photo/s and other necessary information within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, all sales are treated as final. Please use the subject heading “REPORT OF DAMAGE/RETURN” in your email.
- We will coordinate with you for the return of the item.
Upon checking your report, we’ll issue a replacement for the damaged item. If we’re unable to deliver a same-item replacement within 15 business days of your report of damage/return, we’ll notify you and credit back the amount of your purchase by way of store credits.
My Ottoman Home will not start the refund process until we’ve received the item for refund, so kindly ship it back to us within 7 days of the original delivery date. It may take 30 to 45 days to complete the refund.
